Cyclo Bar was opened to serve primarily a tourist clientele, which is why we don’t recommend you go there except for certain menu items. While its amusing to sit in a cyclo for your meal, the attention to quality of the food, especially for the set Vietnamese lunch meals, is sorely lacking. However, the duck liver salad is phenomenal and Cyclo Bar makes the best crepes in town. Given its location, it makes a perfect dessert stop after snacking your way down Hang Ga and Hang Dieu Street. It also offers a welcome reprieve from the heat (or cold) and from the busy-ness outside. Coordinates: West of Hoan Kiem Lake, close to Hang Da Market, at 38 Duong Thanh, between Hang Bong and Hang Da Market, on the west side of the street.
