Sure, almost everything on the menu is fried.  And the floors are a little slick from the grease (from all that frying, of course).  But the constant long rows of motorbikes lined up and down the dike road at Chien Beo say something about the fare this place serves up.  Beef?  Sausage?  Pork chops?  All good.  And it will arrive at your table quickly too, as Fat Chien wants to keep the tables turning.  Definitely a no frills environment, but a tasty and meaty Hanoi experience.
