Delicious Thai food is everywhere in Bangkok, so even being lost can be a fortuitous culinary experience. Once you spend a short time here, you'll see that eating is Bangkok's most popular pastime (followed closely by shopping).
In keeping with this penchant for eating, there are innumerable restaurants in Bangkok, palatial and raucous, small and intimate. Then there is the street food, with fresh ingredients, expert cooking and resulting delicious flavors adding up to joy for your stomach.
