Chinese food is not a mystery. With just a few key ingredients (garlic, ginger, scallion) and a few basic condiments (soy, vinegar, sesame oil), there is a large repertoire of dishes that are easy to make at home. And while there is a fair bit of chopping to prepare the ingredients, each dish takes only minutes to cook.
