We dedicate ourselves to eating our way through Beijing and telling you which among the endless listings in guidebooks and directories are truly worth your time and the space in your stomach.  Our goal is both to identify places that are most representative of the diverse regional foods of China, and to help hunt down tasty places not found in your guidebooks.  Our restaurant recommendations are unsolicited and uncompensated, and our tasting sessions are all anonymous.
