Our Mission & Tasting Policy Print E-mail

"Bạn ăn cơm chưa?", "吃饭了没有?", "Kin kao leo kha?"

Much like "hello," "Have you eaten rice yet?" is what Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai people say when they see each other.  This common greeting demonstrates the deep sensibility these cultures have toward food, family and what is important in life.  Some say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. We say that the way into the heart of a culture is through its food.

The information we offer on this site is free. Our aim is to edify and demystify the local cuisine to help you taste widely and wisely, and enjoy the most out of your meals.  Our restaurant (and street stall) recommendations are unsolicited and uncompensated, and our glorious tasting sessions are all conducted anonymously.
